Who exactly isKuba?
I am a everyday normal guy, who loves what he does. My work is my passion in the best sense of that word.
My work experience

2026
Your company
When my first son was born, it made me rethink my career path a little bit. Freelancing is great but it was eating a lot of my time, which I would rather spend with my kid and also working from home with a baby screaming behind you isn't the best :)

2017
Freelancer
Because I was having more and more clients, I have decided to quit and start working as freelancer full-time.
I loved the change so much. It was so refresshing to have clients from different fields. One day I could be building a minimalist website for a matcha company, another day e-shop selling diapers and then another selling rifle optics.

Shoptet partner (currently Silver tier)
For many years I have been greatly involved with an e-shop platform called Shoptet and I got to know it inside out. With my creative solutions, I managed to bend rigit platform to do stuff it didn't know it can do.
Since 2016 I became a proud partner of this e-commerce solution, Shoptet, which has over 30 000 e-shops currently running. You can visit my profile there by clicking the Shoptet partner badge below.

2015
Chefparade
After university, I started working in a company that ran cooking school and kitchenware e-shop. That is where I got into coding, because I have been managing both websites, tweaking them, trying to bend the stock templates to something that would look good and work well.
Throughout my work here, I got deeper into the Shoptet (e-commerce platform on which our e-shop was built on) community and started working for people, who started their own e-shop, but had now idea how to set it up or make visual changes.
My traits and hobbies
I am friendly, cheerful, hopefully funny and easy going guy, but also very responsible and independent when it comes to work.
My skills

Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, XD...
First think I do when I turn on my PC is to start Photoshop and Illustrator. I use these on a daily basis and can't imagine otherwise. I know the keyboard shortcuts through my muscle memory, not even having to think about them.
-
Figma
I got introduced to Figma through coding, when other designers sent me their webdesigns as Figma files. Also some clients had their brand assets in Figma and wanted a tool where w could collaborate in. So I learned how to use it and now I am creating webdesign and app previews, banners or whatever is needed in it.

Coding
Sublime Text, Visual Studio Code
Most of my coding work nowadays consists of designing and coding e-commerce projects on Shoptet platform. Eventhough it is a box-solution, you can quite well bend it to your will, if you know what you are doing... I can work on other platforms (WP, WIX, Upgates...).
But besides that I also code websides from scratch.

Eye for a detail
Minimalism, visual balance
I have never been one to brag, but I think my designs are clean, minimal and visually well-ballanced.
My preposition
If you chose me, you will get a loyal, responsible and independent employee, who will fit right in your company.
